  1. Bring broth to a boil in a small pot over medium heat. Add dry quinoa and simmer over low heat until cooked, approximately 20 minutes. Remove from heat and spread out to cool to room temperature if you have time. It can also be used warm.
  2. In a large bowl, mix quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, kale, and green onion. Salt to taste.
  3. To mix the dressing, combine olive oil, vinegar, basil, thyme, oregano, hot sauce, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly to combine. Drizzle dressing over the quinoa mixture and combine well. Serve at room temperature, or hot, or cold.
