  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium pot. Add salt. Slowly add rinsed quinoa. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork. Add Bacon Jams Spread one tablespoon at a time and fluff with a fork to fully incorporate. Garnish with green onions and dig in!
