Blend room temperature cream cheese, sweeteneed condensed milk, lime juice and vanilla extract in a medium bowl using a hand held mixer. (Can use a stand mixer if prefered, or whisk by hand.) Spoon 1/4 of this mixture into each crust-lined wine cup. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or covered overninght. Just before serving, top with a sprinkling of crushed grahams or sliced berriers. Grab a cup and sit by your campfire at dessert time!
