  1. Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente in heavily salted water. Drain and rinse with cool water. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crisp – approximately 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon. Leave bacon grease in the pan.
  3. Add chopped chicken to the bacon grease and cook over medium heat until cooked through, stirring occasionally – approximately 7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, diced tomato, and minced onion.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo and ranch dressing, then add to the lettuce, tomato and onion. Mix until well-coated.
  6. Add pasta, chicken and bacon an mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool and store in a large zip top bag. This will last several days refrigerated or in a cold ice chest.
