  1. Cut chicken into 4-5 inch pieces and season with salt and pepper. Pour chicken broth into pressure cooker inner pot and add chicken. Secure lid, turning the valve toward sealing and pressure cook on high for 7 minutes. When the cooking cycle is complete, let sit another 5 minutes.
  2. Release remaining pressure and remove lid. Using a handheld blender, place beaters directly into the cooked chicken and turn onto low. Gradually increase speed to fully shred the chicken. Removed cooked and shredded chicken from pot and use in all your chicken recipes!
