  1. Select the saute function to heat the Instant Pot inner pot. When the display reads “hot” add the olive oil. Add the turkey and onion. Saute until the turkey is crumbled and no longer pink. Press Cancel to turn off saute function.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, beans, potatoes, and broth. Stir well, making sure to scrape off any brown bits off the bottom of the inner pot. Secure the lid, ensuring the valve is turned toward the sealing position. Press the Pressure Cook button and set the time to 5 minutes.
  3. Once the cooking is complete, turn the valve toward the venting position to release the pressure. When all the pressure is released, carefully remove the lid and stir well. Divide evenly among the bowls and serve with cilantro and sour cream.
