I’ve made all kinds of fabulous dishes since getting my Multo™! Glorious sauces, decadent desserts (the white chocolate creme with raspberry puree is one of my favorites), all in one meals (the bacon wrapped chicken with mashed potatoes is to die for!), and stand alone simple sides (the MOST. PERFECT. RICE. EVER.)
All have been superb.
There is a bit of a learning curve with the Multo™. Let’s face it, it’s loaded with technology to make your life easier in the kitchen. But you’ve gotta take the time to learn it. It took me about 4-5 recipes before I really understood how it all works and how much easier it makes my life.
But now, I get it! I can grind nuts, hard cheeses, and even meats in a matter of seconds. Yes, seconds! I can effortlessly whip cream, butter, and egg whites without babysitting them or checking on them every few seconds.
I can create delecate sauces and spreads.
The guided recipes are truly amazing. My hat goes off to the chefs who created them. But I also like to create my own. And even that is easy. In fact, I’ve got homemade ginger beer brewing away as I type this! Love it!
