Add garlic to the pork and cook another minute. Sprinkle pork and garlic with flour and stir to coat evenly. Add salt, pepper, leek, bell pepper, potatoes and Green Chiles. Stir well. Add Broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer partially covered for 15-20 minutes (until potatoes are fork tender). Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crusty bread .
